Generally no, garden rooms don't need either planning permission or building regulations but we will access each location separately.
Should either be needed, we work closely with an expert who can efficiently organise all that is necessary.
How are the garden rooms constructed?
All of our garden rooms, either from The Range or a bespoke design are constructed in a traditional timber frame method using sustainable products when possible. Our highly trained team construct the garden room on-site to ensure complete satisfaction every time.

Simply, yes. All of our garden rooms can be adapted to suit your own personal needs. The Range offers various styles and sizes and all that have a selection of optional upgrades available. We can also either alter the size of one of The Range models or design and build your own bespoke garden room.
